Important Prize Claim Information
Winners will be notified by phone. All prizes must be picked up at the Cheder Menachem Office by Monday, May. 14, by appointment. ID required for prize pick-up.
After Monday, any prize not claimed will be shipped to winner for a minimal charge.
All prizes must be redeemed before June 6, 2018.
Some prizes shown may be of slightly higher value than the gift certificate value and may differ slightly from photos. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Mail orders received after the auction will be considered as donations. The winner of any prize shall be wholly responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The acceptability of the kashrus standards of any food item or establishment appearing in this booklet is at the discretion of the prize winner. No part of this book may be reprinted without the permission of Cheder Menachem.

If you are purchasing a “Double Your Luck” package (on or before April 25) and would like to choose your tickets at the auction, there will be a special line for you at the auction. After presenting your confirmation letter, you may choose tickets for your “package” amount.
